New PD appointed at Z-90 and Magic 92.5

Fred Rico has been named as Program Director of Finest City Broadcasting Z-90 and Magic 92.5).
He succeeds Rick Thomas. Rick says mahalo to San Diego and heads to Honolulu where he will be the Director and Programming for Visionary Related Entertainment.
