KCBQ’s Mark Larson heard mornings from 7 to 9 a.m., is expanding. Not to worry, it’s those “other duties and welcome changes” beyond his talk show.

Mark Larson Media Services, located at SpeakersGroup.net, represents over 40 unique personalities for special events around the world. Mark has formed a partnership with the legendary Jerry Lewis to market his new, special live show and career retrospective events. He debuted the new website this week. Find it at JerryLewisShow.com.

Loren Nancarrow is returning to be San Diego County’s on-TV weatherman. He’ll be found at Fox 5 San Diego very soon. Since Loren left Ch. 10, the weather has been out of whack. That’ll change with Loren back in the forecasting business. He joked on his Facebook page, “The News 8 Ranch became the 10 News Ranch, and now the sign will read Welcome to the Fox 5 Ranch. Either the ranch has an identity problem or I have issues holding a job.”

In LA, Laura moved from KFI to cross-town talker KFWB in the Los Angeles market. KOGO has a city grade signal in most parts of Orange County.

CBS Les Moonves’ Thursday appearance at an investors’ conference. Moonves indicates that CBS is open to selling off more assets. On his recent Q2 call, the only kind of assets he mentioned in that regard were radio stations. As for possible expansion at CBS, that won’t happen in the radio group, but it might in other business segments. (via Radio-Info)
